How it Works.
Before starting your fitness journey we will book a 30 min consultation, either via video chat or in-person. This is where we will have the opportunity to talk about your needs, goals and lifestyle. I will tell you about my coaching style and answer any questions you may have.
Our first session will start with a Health Assessment and Fitness Test. Using this information as a baseline I will prepare a personalized plan to ensure your reach your goals. Some of the information I will be collecting include,
- resting heart rate
- height/weight
- body composition
- cardio fitness
- muscular strength
- muscular endurance
- posture
- flexibility
We will revisit your testing results to monitor your progress.
Nobody reaches their goals in one session, otherwise you wouldn’t need me. It takes you making a commitment. Once we’ve discussed and know your goals and you have completed the assessments we will discuss and decide on your monthly plan. I offer 3, 6 and 12 month commitments. Ask me about a Self-Directed commitment and a You +1.
This is where the work begins. I will create an effective and challenging workout plan based on your specific needs. I will support you through each and every one of your sessions. I will help demonstrate the exercises and I will push you to new limits that you didn’t know you had in you.
