MIND - 3 months
This 3 month commitment is a great start to changing your mind and body through fitness. Depending on your goals you can choose between 2-4 sessions a week. Each session will be unique and different depending on your specific goals and needs.
BODY- 6 months
For those who really want to focus on their physical goals, this 6 month commitment is perfect for you. You can choose between 2-4 sessions a week. And again, each session will be unique and different depending on your goals and needs. You will also get a 10% discount for the longer commitment.
BALANCE- 12 months
As they say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” and neither is finding balance with your mind and body but with this 12 month commitment we will find it. Depending on your goals and needs you can choose between 2-4 sessions a week. As always, we will use each session to maximize your time and I will create different and unique plan each session. You will also get a 15% discount for the longer commitment.
SELF-DIRECTED- 3 month min.
In order to grow and change your mind and body you need at least 2 strength sessions a week. With this commitment you will have one session with me one-on-one weekly and I will prepare and send you your second session to complete on your own each week. I’ll base your plan off of the current equipment you already have.
YOU + 1- 3 month min.
Need an “Accountabilabuddy”? With this commitment you sign up with another person. This is for the people who want to make their fitness social and want someone else holding them accountable. You can choose between 2-4 sessions a week.
